1. Enjoy lovely chocolate

And the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Visit a bonbon or pastry workshop at Unlimited Delicious on Monday, 12 February. You can spend some time in the melting chocolate enviroment in a hot kitchen and you'll be making your bonbons by the 14th.

2. Take a Love boat tour

Amsterdam has the old city attractiveness. The best way sightseeing is to take a canal ride on one of the Lovers tours. Select from a several of tours including the romantic dinner tour or the Red Light Cruise by Candlelight with wine and cheese on the menu.

3. Classic music and love

Concert at Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw gives a grand enjoy for a date. Visit the New York Philharmonic performance on 14 February with a Chinese pianist Lang Lang.

4. Make a cinema trip

Cinema are a no-brainer for the first date or long-time partners feeling the kick to do something special on the 14th. Come to the Pathé City Theater, rebuiled in 2010, or other Amsterdam’s cinemas such as Studio K or the Ketelhuis.
